When will I receive my order?
Generally, you should expect to receive your order 10 – 14 days after it is received. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Should you require faster shipping, Priority shipping is available through Customer Service at (800) 226-8024.
What if I want to return my purchase?
Simply enclose the invoice or packing slip with your purchase and return it to:

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?
Contact us immediately and we will quickly send a replacement.
How can I make a payment online?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for purchases made through our web store.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process installment account payments online at this time. If you’d like to pay your account by credit card, please call Customer Service at (800) 226-8024, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
How do I get off your mailing list?
Please click here to delete your name from our mailing list. Please be aware that you may still receive mail from mailings that have already been processed but not yet sent.
What does your "No Time Limit Guarantee" mean?
We have the utmost confidence in the quality of our products. Therefore, if at any time you decide that the product does not meet your needs, for any reason, return it to us and we will send you a full refund.
Is there an option for me to make a bill payment online?
We are in the planning/programming stages of providing an online payment service, but it will be later this year before that service will be active. In the meantime, please call 1-800-226-8024 and customer service can take payment by credit card, debit card, or check by phone. There is no additional charge for this process.
