DIY salt scrub invigorates dry and tired skin

Get silky smooth skin with this homemade herbal skin exfoliating scrub. This recipe makes enough for one application.
Here’s what you’ll need.
- handful of dried mint leaves
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sea salt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Place your mint leaves in a coffee grinder and grind into a powder. Add water and olive oil. Mix well. It will have a crumbly texture.
To use, massage the salt scrub into your skin and allow it to stay on for 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
TIP: If you only need a few mint leaves, pinch them off with your fingertips. For a larger harvest, snip mint sprigs at soil level. Remember, mint is a prolific grower and harvesting often will keep the plant healthy.
