“My husband and I used the Groupon on a beautiful, crystal clear afternoon,” she recalls. “We had a lunch special which included dessert for $20 apiece,” Audrey says. “When all was said and done, we paid less than $42 for an experience that would have cost any- where from $75 to $150 or more.”


Just remember you may have to pay in advance, and your tax and tip will be based on the meal’s full price. What’s more, the offer may expire quickly, so read the fine print very carefully to make sure the deal is practical for you.
