Did you know that certain drinks can expand your waistline?  And they’re some you’ve probably never thought of!

 

Fruit juices are among the worst offenders because they’re loaded with sugar.  Plus, they don’t have the healthy fiber you get from whole fruit.

 

Despite their name, diet sodas are guilty of disrupting our digestive systems and contributing to weight gain.  And the artificial sweeteners aren’t good for you, either! 

 

Finally, drinking coffee with sugar and cream is another way to sabotage your waistline.  Flavored creamers are especially bad when it comes to added calories.
