Treat Your Sprains with the ABCs!

If you’ve sprained your ankle, check out this treatment suggested by Dr. James Garrick.

  • Submerge your ankle in warm water.
  • Use your big toe to trace out large, capital letters of the alphabet.
  • Do this for 4 minutes.
  • Repeat the exercise with your ankle in cold water.
  • Repeat the entire sequence (switching from hot to cold water) 4 times.

After working out the sprain, dry your foot and ankle, and apply Frank K. Wood’s Pain Relief Rub® to help soothe the pain.
